The Vine - Best route?
Getting a train into New Street for about 11.30, what's the best way to get to The Vine as I've only ever driven before?

Do we need to walk to Snow Hill station to pick-up the tram or can you get this from New Street? Any other alternatives?

Cheers

You should have asked for the best ROOT for an hilarious and clever play on words.

Get off at New Street & get the Tram to Kenrick Park, (the next stop after The Hawthorns. Turn left off the tram and walk to the crossing. take the first set of steps onto Deveraux Road then take a left & the Vine is on the corner.

I can see it from my office window!

I might swerve it as it goes, I reckon I'll have problem getting a kid in there if it's rammed. Had that problem loads of times.

Avoid at all costs. Started lobbing people out for singing the other year. Bouncers proper rate themselves as well.

Mind you no atmosphere and a proper mix of WBA and WHU will be like a home game at the OS.

Just looked at the timetable RJ and run all day. The Grand Central stop is near the Shakespeare pub, outside new entrance. About 8 an hour and takes 17 minutes. Don't know the cost though so if there is a few of you probably cheaper to get a cab. Taxi rank is near there as well. Don't go to the main one as that gets really busy.
Johnson, always use public transport when i can
